The San Francisco Bay Area is one of the larger apparel manufacturing centers in the United States. The fashion industry is the second largest employer in California. Cañada's Fashion Department is a respected leader in career education and works toward meeting the fashion industry's need for well trained professionals. As a Cañada student, you will have the opportunity for on-the-job training and subsequent employment with large and small companies in the area. You will take field trips to manufacturing facilities, design studios, and showrooms.

Cañada College is located in the western foothills of Redwood City and overlooks the San Francisco Bay. The campus is easily accessible from Interstate 280 at Farm Hill Boulevard.
